Anyone who needs to review and approve spiff entries (e.g. your manager or team lead) uses this PIN to unlock the Verify tab. Keep this separate from your Admin PIN and share it only with whoever is assigned to verify.
When entering a sale, reps pick one of these to identify it for verification — whatever makes sense for how your office looks things up (a spreadsheet row number, a transaction ID, a date, etc). For sales spanning two records, a single reference lets the verifier pull up both.
These are the YES/NO checks your verifier runs on each entry before approving it. Add, remove, or rename them to match your industry and workflow. All checks must pass (plus initials) before an entry is marked approved.
When on, doubling is based on a rep's total sales across all contest types combined — not per individual type. Once a rep hits the combined threshold, every additional sale in any contest type doubles.
Types not selected use their own individual threshold and never contribute to the combined count.
